hether your cottage is on property at Jakes, or nearby, each has its own distinct sense of style. All cottages have two or three bedrooms, a full kitchen and an outdoor shower. Most cottages are right on the ocean, with a choice of spots to read, sleep, sunbathe, drink and swim—plus, multiple spots overlooking the water, for dining and hanging-out. Plus, we can stock your fridge with Jamaican treats (Red Stripe!). Quite honestly, “cottage” is a bit of an understatement.

Jakes Villa + Cottage Regulations: Check in at the Jakes Front Desk. | Check in time is 3pm and check out is 12pm. | Chef included. | Chef can purchase groceries for guests, but please know there is an additional service charge in addition to the cost of the groceries. | A 4-bedroom villa caters to 8 people, 3-bedroom villa or cottage to 6 people and a 2-bedroom cottage to 4 people. | Events—including weddings, birthday parties and other gatherings including people staying outside of the villa—will need to be booked with the hotel. | We ask that special needs visitors share requirements and requests in advance of their visit. We want to be the best hosts we can be.
