Upful Villa is spacious (4,000 square-feet across two floors of living space) and comfortably houses up to eight guests, with additional beds for two children. Natural sunlight and a brisk sea breeze fill the relaxing space with great vibes. “Upful” means positive/cheerful/happy, plus living life in a good, positive way. Guests, surrounded by a natural mix of colourful flowers, lush plants and tropical birds, feel that positive energy.

Upful features a pleasant mix of private, peaceful spaces and more expansive areas to gather with your group. The four bedrooms, each with its own spa-inspired bathroom, were positioned on two separate floors with maximum privacy in mind. Upful is accessible, sustainable (solar-powered), and features universal design.

The ¼-acre property includes a private pool, front lawn, courtyard with overflow pool, backyard with grill, and covered and uncovered roof decks with gardens — all with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and the Santa Cruz mountains. Beach access is just across the lane and Seaside is nearby.
